I couldn't possibly tell you what I did for my nineteenth birthday, truth is, I don't remember. I do remember what I did for my brother's nineteenth though. I mean, it was yesterday. We had a nice dinner out, then a trip to James Turrell's Skyspace. The kid is simple y'all, which is one of my favorite things about him actually. I won't boost his ego and list all the things I admire about him but I will say that given I only have one brother, I do feel like the luckiest girl to have him as my one and only sibling.
