This past Christmas I was gifted a ticket to see The Cure live by one of my favorite humans. And it finally happened this Saturday! Robert Smith is STILL giving his all on stage y'all! It was a rainy and gloomy looking day which was perfect for the event and it made it even better when you saw the sea of people dressed in black swarming to the venue. We stopped for some sliders and drinks at MKT Bar and then made our way through the merch table and on to our seats.
Three and a half hours.
They played for 3.5 hours and every minute of it was glorious because I finally heard Close to Me, Just Like Heaven, and maybe cried a little to Pictures of You. Wish I would've gotten better pictures for you but one can only do so much with an iPhone.
