A Brief History

To Have & To Note was founded in 2016 after discovering our love for beautiful imagery and the process behind it. This website was initially started as a love letter to our home - Houston, TX, and our residents. Follow us to The Heights, River Oaks, Midtown, EaDo, Northside, and every other pocket in our city. Hello, my name is Melinda a.k.a. @nomstopmel! I'm 27, still learning how to be a lady, juggle adult responsibilities, and all while answering the call of las calles! (sorry ma). You all are here to bear witness to all the things I love best, our phenomenal friendship - we're super biased though, some amazing food, our travels, and sometimes my irrational amount of shoes.
