How was your weekend? We took it easy around here this weekend and stayed home to catch up on some things including, unpacking from last weekends trip, laundry, you know, that sort of thing. Saturday night was catch up time with the girls because who can say no to popcorn, girl talk, and reality tv circa 2005. Everything was going perfectly calm and chill until the Queen herself decided to grace us with her music. Guys...LEMONADE!!!
I wasn't ready for it. She warned us in February with the release of Formation and somehow, I was still surprised. I basked in all 58 minutes of her glory and I plan to do so for the next few weeks until I learn all her lyrics and understand all the feels it gave me. So go stream it on Tidal, watch it on HBO, and pray for Jay-Z's soul!!!
